Shipping Policy 

1. Processing Time (Dispatch)

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 11 AM GMT will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery takes 1-3 business day after dispatch.

  • Example: Order dispatched on Monday → delivered between Tuesday and Thursday.

4.Signature on Delivery

  • A signature is required for all electronics deliveries.

  • If you are not home, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold at a local depot.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Report any damage within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once dispatched. Address change requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.

7. International Shipping

  • International delivery typically takes 4–7 business days.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

  • Some countries restrict certain electronics – please check local laws before ordering.
